New Eligibility Criteria for Senior Advocate Designation
The Gujarat High Court has recently introduced a minimum age requirement of 45 years for lawyers seeking Senior Advocate status. This criterion aims to ensure that the designation is awarded to advocates with substantial experience and professional maturity.
